Most of the meeting was good and effective. We managed to follow the meeting agenda accurately. The discussion was positive and we agreed in most topics. My role in the meeting was a member and time keeper. I had to contribute to the discussion and keep track of the time. My contribution was with some suggestions and recommendations which have been approved in the meeting. The graded meeting was not very difficult because we had a practice meeting a week before. The practice meeting environment was very similar which made it easy for us to manage the graded meeting. However, in the graded meeting we had to wait a few minutes before the meeting started to know what topic we are going to talk about. The topic which was chosen was not hugely different from the practice meeting. What I have learned in this meeting will help me in the future. I will use the knowledge and skills needed for starting, managing and ending the meeting effectively.
